These cakes look like they are difficult to make, but they’re actually so easy and uses easy pantry staples that everyone will likely have!

This roasted banana cream cake is actually a very old recipe that I made when I first started blogging about 13 years ago. I made some small tweaks to the recipe for a lighter, fluffier cake and included the German buttercream frosting recipe that I used.
